1. What products do you offer?

We create fun, romantic and personalised gifts for couples. From custom underwear and photo boxers to mugs, keychains and more. Most items are made to order, so you always get something unique, not mass-produced.

2. What does “Made to Order” mean?

Every personalised item is created specially for you after purchase. We don’t pull products from a shelf. Instead, your design is printed only after your order is placed, which means:

  • Better quality control

  • Fresh prints (not stored or fading)

  • More personal and unique gifts

  • Less waste - kinder to the planet

This is also why processing time is separate from shipping time, as we’re crafting your order before posting it. Made-to-Order products feel more meaningful and make amazing gifts because they’re created just for your person.

3. How do I place a custom order?

Choose your product, upload your photo or enter your text, add to cart and checkout. Our team will handle the rest.

4. What’s the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is how long it takes us to personalise and make your item before dispatch.
Shipping time is how long your parcel takes to arrive once it’s shipped.

Example:
Processing: 3–7 business days
Shipping: 5–10 business days

Total delivery time = processing + shipping.

5. How long does production take?

Most custom items take 3–7 business days to create. During peak seasons like Christmas or Valentine’s, it may take slightly longer due to high order volume. We’ll keep you updated.

6. When will I receive my order?

Shipping time varies by Country, standard shipping times will be available at checkout.

7. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, if there’s an issue, contact us within 3 days and we’ll sort it quickly.

9. Can I make changes after ordering?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may still be able to update it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@cheekychic365.com with your order number.

10. My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?

Send us a photo with your order number and we’ll fix it with a replacement or solution.

11. How do I contact support?
